Clickist is a professional consultancy providing mentorship and advisory services for businesses in the Creative, Tech, Web, Digital, and Marketing sectors.  We specialise in helping businesses grow, scale, and innovate by offering tailored guidance and strategic solutions.

How do your mentorship and consulting services differ?

Our mentorship services focus on delivering results and actions over suggestions in a presentation.  We help leaders navigate growth, hiring, including setting and achieving their professional goals.  

Our Consulting services, on the other hand, involve providing expert analysis, strategic recommendations, and project-based solutions to businesses seeking to address specific challenges or improve performance from sales, finances, pricing to competitor and growth planning audits.

How do you monitor your time efficiently?

We use time tracking and project management tools to monitor progress and success. Clients are granted 24/7 access to these platforms for clear communication and transparency, allowing them to track progress, review deliverables, and communicate with us in real time.

Do I have to pay you for sales commission?

No, unless otherwise agreed, Clickist does not charge sales commissions.  We source business partnerships and opportunities for your benefit.  You only pay for our time to source you new business and developing partnerships to prosper business.

What happens if I am not happy with my results or change my mind?

At Clickist, we offer a performance guarantee.  If you're not satisfied with our progress or a completed project, we provide a 50% refund of the initial deposit within the first 30 days of service.  This policy allows sufficient time to evaluate our collaboration and determine if we're the right fit for you.

What is your pricing and payment structure for your services?

Our pricing is based on a clear payment structure focused on results and transparent communication.  We require a 50% deposit for the initial stage of a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.  When a client is working on monthly retainer, it is paid a month in advance and if you wish to cancel – we only require 30 day’s notice.

What is your approach to communication and collaboration with our team?

We maintain strong communication channels with our clients before, during, and after any project.  We provide weekly or monthly reports on progress, feedback, and list anything outstanding that is required from your team or us. We can also work with your preferred communication tools and channels, including telephone calls and CRM platforms.

How will you measure the project's success?

At the beginning of any project or through our Discovery meeting, we will agree on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverable timeframes with you.  These metrics are designed to be achievable within the project's budget and scope.  Success is measured by your own goals set out to be achieved.  It could be the return on your investment (ROI), customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term impact on your company.

How do you handle my sensitive data? Do you share this with others?

We take your privacy seriously at Clickist.  We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Ref.ZB664651.  We implement strict safeguards to protect your sensitive data, including customer information.  Confidentiality is ensured through Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and we never share your information with other businesses or competitors.

Do you offer a "recommend a friend" scheme?

Yes, we offer a "recommend a friendly business leader" scheme.  As a thank-you for your referral, we offer the following rewards:
10% Discount
You will receive a 10% discount on your next invoice for each successful referral that becomes a paying client.
10% Credit
The business or leader you refer will receive a 10% credit on their first invoice for our services.

Our Eligibility and Terms are;
• The referred client must be a new customer who has not previously worked with Clickist.
• You will receive your discount or credit upon the completion of the first project or after the new client has paid their initial invoice.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more friends or businesses you refer, the more rewards you can earn.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other parties.
